Must Hear Lecture

This lecture by Richard Grossman, "Revoking Corporate Charters," reflects the whole point of this site, and CommitteeforDemocracy.Org: To restore the soveregnity of our citizens.

I am an American Revolutionary, dedicated to restoring the democratic framework that protects the private freedoms of Citizens while simultanously empowering the people to regulate public business.

Obama's Lies

Listening to Obama's University of Michigan Speech was disturbing.

No more "hope." No, American politics have always been "messy," according to Obama. No more "change." No, apparently a polity and economy run by corporate interests is perfectly in accordance with Obama's notion of democracy.

What's good about this is that Obama's words finally match Obama's deeds. Obama's health care "reform" was nothing more than forcing all Americans to contribute to the financial health of the insurance industry.

Criminal Governments-Criminal Corporations: Microsoft and Yahoo aid Chinese Police State

The article linked to below by communication researchers at the University at Buffalo begs the question: What are Microsoft and Yahoo doing with our privacy rights here in the US?

Our government claims similar, but different, illegal powers as does the Chinese government.

Our telephone companies have already rolled over to criminal demands by our government, and all of our domestic digital communications are routinely monitored. This is in direct violation of our constitutional rights.

Social and Political Observations from within the Corporate Fascist State

When I look around it seems as if four things are not happening. The weird weather is not happening, our middle-eastern wars are not happening, and the great market crash and depression are not happening. And strangely enough, the corruption of our political system by Corporate Bribery is not an issue. No, none of these things are happening, and it's business as usual, full speed ahead in both Washington and on Wall Street.

The Truth about Opera Browser

"The Truth about Opera Browser" was posted on the Opera Forum. "The Truth about Opera Browser" was written as a letter to the moderators of the Opera Forum and the President of the company. Let's see how long it will last before they lock and delete it.

Dear Opera Moderator, and Opera's President:
My complaints about Opera 10.51 got me banned. Complaint threads are quickly locked. I am not easily deterred. So I made a web page detailing my complaints about 10.51 and Opera Corporate's scorch and burn policy on the Opera Forum.

Opera Browser Problems Build up and Deepen

ZDNET, March 8th, 2010
'Highly critical' flaw found in Opera browser,

The Opera browser does not work well for users, but it apparently works well for hackers!

As I mentioned in my previous post, Opera 10.51 is a real pain in the ass. It crashes upon start-up. It crashes during browsing. And now the only people who can get it to work are the bad guys trying to take over your computer.

Opera 10.51 browser problems, crashes, and Failure

Opera Browser 10.51 problems, crashes, and Failure.

I just restarted my affair with computers 4 years ago. I started in the 1970s with a timex-sinclair and wrote basic on a cassette tape, but quit using computers when windows came out.

I could see where all this was heading, and I did not participate. Until recently.

Four years ago the political and social corruption in America provoked me speak out in public, and the biggest public forum is the internet. So I got back into computers to create political websites. I chose Opera as my browser, and have used it ever since.

The Minaretts reflecting in lake above 1000 Island Lake, John Muir Trail

I spent 7 months on the High Sierra trails after fire burned my apartment and ended publication of political analysis and commentary. (see last notice, below)

As much as political production was damaging my "spirit," these extended trips arcoss the High Sierras repaired it.

After four Tahoe to Whitney Hikes, and thousands of miles of four-season travel across the High Sierras, I have launched Lake Tahoe to Mount Whitney, your digital trailhead to the High Sierra trails between Lake Tahoe and Mount Whitney.

I'm not homeless, I'm a BACKPACKER!

Due to my fire disaster, I am no longer set-up to actively pursue the political corruption that has destroyed our democracy, and eaten our rights. Therefore, Alex Wierbinski is out of Berkeley again, this time for a couple of Weeks. First week: Walk South of Tahoe through Truckee headwaters, over The Sisters, and down to Summit City Creek on the way to the Molk River. Second Week: Little Antelope Pack Station to Silver King to E.Carson, through E. Carson headwaters, and down East to the Marine Base on Hwy 108, if I'm not able to get down to the Sonora Pass. Come find me.
